Lockbox
The front door to the street opens with a button, and there is a key safe outside the apartment door on the 2nd floor. The code for the key safe will be emailed nearer the time of arrival.

To respect the other residents, noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 8 pm and 10 am
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
